Dr. Lydia Prystayko, DVMI am a graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph. ON. My late husband, Dr. Norm Harnack, and I purchased Ingersoll Veterinary Services in September of 1990. Since Dr Norm's passing in 2017 IVS is now a "small animal" only clinic. I enjoy the everyday challenges of keeping dogs and cats healthy and helping them when they are sick. I have a soft spot for Bernese Mountain Dogs and orange tabby cats. In recent years I have taken a special interest in non- traditional healing methods. I have taken multiple courses in animal physical rehabilitation, animal acupuncture, and am certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation (aka animal chiropractics). I now share my house with 2 cats and a pug cross dog named Frankie. In my spare time I enjoy bicycle riding, kayaking, and hiking with Frankie. In the summer months I enjoy being outside working with and watching my two hives of bees busy in the meadows. When the snow is flying you may find me on the slopes enjoying downhill skiing.
