All services, pickups & drop offs are taking place at the back door. 
Please call from our parking lot or ring the doorbell located at the back door to reach a team member, we’re sanitized and can’t wait to spoil your four-legged family member during their visit inside.
 
We ask for your continued patience as we try our best to continue to offer a full range of services for you and your pet. Being able to offer only curbside services means that we will be doing more phone consultations and that you may not be able to get through to the office on your first call.  We understand the frustration this can cause, and ask that you simply try again after a few minutes and know that being unable to get through means we are assisting another pet parent. We continue to receive an abnormally high volume of email messages and again just ask for your patience as we try our best to respond to everybody as quickly as possible.

Curbside? More like Concierge!
What to do when you arrive for your pets scheduled appointment

1. Park in our parking lot (located off of Duke St)

2. Call the clinic or ring the doorbell located at the back door to check in with reception

3. A team member will admit your pet and go over appointment details on the phone with you, confirming all of your concerns and wishes for your pets’ appointment.

4. A technician will come out to your parking spot to pick up your pet.

5. Please do NOT leave your parking spot, or our parking lot unless otherwise instructed.
Once inside, your pet will be brought into an exam room with the Doctor and assisting technician. They will be weighed, and more than likely get a cookie as they pass by reception. The Doctor will preform an exam of your pet. She will then call you to discuss your concerns, your pet’s exam, any recommended treatments etc. with you. This is your private time with the Doctor to talk about your pet. The Doctor will then carry out your treatment plan and finish up with your pet.

6. You will be called by a receptionist to process your pets’ invoice, ideally over with phone with a debit/visa or credit card. We have a wireless debit machine with limited outdoor access to process other card types. Cash still accepted – limited change on hand.

7. Your pet along with any goodies they picked up on their visit will be delivered back to your parking spot.
