Welcome Back - while we adjust our protocols
We ask for your patience as we continue to offer a full range of services for you and your pet. Offering both curbside and In clinic visits means we will still be doing phone consultations and that you may not be able to get through to the office on your first call. We understand the frustration this can cause, and ask that you simply try again after a few minutes and know that being unable to get through means we are assisting another pet parent. We thank you for your continued patience as we try our best to respond to everybody as quickly as possible.

It has been a long time – we have missed you! We are excited to announce that we are now open for in person vet care. This is so we can ensure that our examination rooms are clean and prepared for your visit and that our waiting room has enough space to allow social distancing and safety. We ask that you wear a mask while in the exam room with the veterinarian. If you do not have one we can provide one! Curbside: We are still offering curbside appointments for our clients that are more comfortable waiting outside. If this is the case - please call to let us know that you are here, Reception will go over some questions with you and a technician will come out to get your pet. Please do NOT leave your parking spot, or our parking lot unless otherwise instructed. Once inside, your pet will be brought into an exam room with the Doctor and assisting technician. They will be weighed, and more than likely get a cookie as they pass by reception. The Doctor will perform an exam of your pet. She will then call you to discuss your concerns, your pet’s exam, and any recommended treatments etc. with you. This is your private time with the Doctor to talk about your pet. The Doctor will then carry out your treatment plan and finish up with your pet. You will be called by a receptionist to process your pets’ invoice. accept Your pet along with any goodies they picked up on their visit will be delivered back to your parking spot. We have wireless machine to process invoices with Visa/ Mastercard and Debit. Cash is always accepted, unfortunately no cheques. |
